Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your massage appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will not incur any charges. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a cancellation fee of 60% of the scheduled service price, plus GST.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our cancellation policy helps us respect the time of our therapists and allows us to accommodate other clients seeking appointments.
No-Show Policy

We recommend calling the clinic in advance to book a couples massage, as availability may not be accurately reflected on our online booking system.
